Retro Hunters features upgradeable NFTs and a two-token economy. Players earn Arcade Coins for gameplay and completing tasks off-chain, which they can use to buy power-ups and upgrades. As the game progresses, players are introduced to an on-chain currency called Retro Credits, which offers a pay-to-excel experience with a deflationary model.
Description
Here’s how it works:
- Two Types of Game Money: You earn "Arcade Coins" by playing the game and completing tasks. These coins buy power-ups and upgrades. Later in the game, you get "Retro Credits," a special game money that lets you advance faster.
- Exciting Battles: The game unfolds in 1vs1 battles across five rounds. You’ll need to use clever tactics and character abilities to win.
- Unique Characters: You can choose from characters called Genesis NFTs. These characters have their own stories and special abilities that help in battles. Pick your team from either Humans or Animatronics.
- Interactive NFTs: Your NFTs are not just for collecting; they represent your characters in the game. They can gain new appearances and skills as you play more.
- Upgrade Your Characters: You can upgrade your characters' abilities and make your NFTs more valuable by playing well and earning in-game currency.
- Community and Social Events: Join mini-games, contests, and community events to connect with other players and increase your influence in the game world.
Retro Hunters is a GamFi game that uses NFT as characters. It's a place to explore, compete, and grow your collection of unique characters. Each decision you make not only affects your success in the game but also enhances the uniqueness of your NFTs.
